Day 13: 2013 OC Throwdown

Strength
1 Power Clean Every 30 Seconds for 8 Minutes (as heavy as possible)

Just got back from the biggest CrossFit Competition outside of the CrossFit Games. For those of you who don't know what it is; there is a history of the event on the Website. Bottom line, I am inspired and motivated like never before after witnessing an event such as this. 

It not just about how much weight you can lift. Its not just about how fast you can run. Its not just about how long you can run. Its not just about how many pull-ups you can do. Its not how fast you can jump rope. Its not just about how good you can climb a rope. Its not just how good at gymnastics you are. Its not just how fast you recover from a workout. Its not just about how athletic you are... Its about all of the above, and some.
