Connecting The Dots [Open Gym Thursdays]

You can’t connect the dots looking forward. You can only connect them looking backwards. 

So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. you have to trust in something. Your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. becauseing believing that the dots will connect down the road, will give you the confidence to follow your heart, even when it leads you off the well worn path. And that will make all the difference.

Thursday Training Log

Today was supposed to be a "rest day" with just olympic weightlifting/squats but then somehow found myself doing pull-ups, ski erg, and deadlifts. No longer a rest day. 

6x500m ski erg w/ 2 minutes rest (1:48-1:52 pace)
3x8 Deadlifts
2x2 clean and jerk
2x1 clean and jerk
30-20-10 unbroken muscle ups w/ 30 sec rest btwn sets
5x3 muscle snatch
5x2 Front squats
5x3 clean pulls
