CROSSFIT
Monday: 8:30am, 2:30pm 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
Tuesday: 3:30pm 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Wednesday: 8:30am, 2:30pm, 3:30pm 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
Thursday: 3:30pm 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
Friday: 8:30am, 2:30pm, 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm 
Saturday: 9:00am-11:00am
Sunday: OPEN GYM (varies week by week, please ask)

Pacifico Barbell/Weightlifting Class: SATURDAYS 9am
Our class dedicated to the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.
Come in and dial in your Snatch, Clean and jerk, and lift some weight.
