*since we are a new gym, our class schedule will be in a constant change the first few months. If the listed class schedule doesn't work for you, we can work around it, just let us know. 

Drop ins: email or call/text before coming in. 

CROSSFIT
Monday:   6:00am, 8:30am, 3:30pm 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
Tuesday: 3:30pm 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
Wednesday: 6:00am, 8:30am, 3:30pm 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
Thursday: 3:30pm 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
Friday: 6:00am, 8:30am 3:30pm 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am-10:00am
Sunday: OPEN GYM (varies week by week, please ask)

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING: SATURDAYS 7:00am
Our class dedicated to the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.
Saturdays 7am.
Come in and dial in your Snatch, Clean and jerk, and lift some weight.
