MealPrep Monday / Training

 Quick and Easy Breakfast smoothie
1 banana
4 strawberries
8 blackberries
8 raspberries
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 raw eggs
ice
water

This smoothie takes about 2 minutes to make and is easy to take with you on the road. I bought an ebook on smoothie recipes but I still keep coming back to this one, one that I came up with on my own. I usually add spinach to it but I don't have any spinach right now. I used a Ninja blender that my uncle gave me, which works really well. Ninja Blenders are quite expensive but there are many other types of blenders out there that make smoothies just as well. I also use a Magic Nutri Bullet but I couldn't find that large blender cup so I just decided to use this for today. 



When it comes to having a goal to clean up your nutrition the main key to success is preparing for the upcoming work week. Many of us live a busy life these days and it is very difficult to keep a good diet, especially if you are out on the road and at work everyday. It is nearly impossible to find healthy food choices out there on the road and by the time you get hungry you are most likely not going to be patient enough or willing to find healthy food to be prepared. Coach Mike is one of these busy people that spends most of his day and nights at NOX Training coaching and training so it is very important that he has something already made so that he wont have to rely on fast food or gas station food.

So preparation is key. Coach Mike and Veegees spent some time at about 10pm last night to prepare food the upcoming days. All he has to do now is go into his refrigerator and take out a pre cooked meal and boom he is on his way.
