SUNDAY [No Open Gym]

"Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish." 

The reason why we can get away with short workouts lasting from 2 minutes up to only 30 minutes is because of the thing called INTENSITY. Without INTENSITY you will not benefit from these short workouts as much as you think you matter how much 'Pain' you feel from the workout. If you aren't willing to give much intensity then you might as well dedicate 2,3 or 4 hours of working out just to get the same results; the results you need to be healthy.  So why not save time and just go hard in the couple of minutes on your workouts? 

I ask  a favor of you next time you work out with me...challenge me with as much intensity as you have and I will challenge you back with as much intensity as I can give. In the end, we will become as fit as we ever wanted to be. The goals we have set for ourselves will be much more achievable and we will find ourselves setting higher and better goals.
