Juggernaut Training Classic / Saturday + Sunday Open Gym

NOX Training at the Juggernaut Classic Weightlifting meet to support Bibo. 

This past weekend was an eventful one. We had 2 great open gym sessions, the Juggernaut Weightlifting meet that Bibo competed in, Nate and Logan competed in the Las Vegas Super Spartan, and a bunch of events outside of NOX like birthday parties and Carnivals. I took a bunch of video clips of the Weightlifting meet and threw them together without any editing. There are a few random lifters in there but in the mix you will find Bibo.

So another week in the books and another start to a new week. Yes, Sunday is the 1st day of the week. Shout out to everyone that started their week off right today at open Gym 

We had people come in a lift, make up some workouts, do extra credit, work on weaknesses, and a combination of everything. Keep up the good work guys.
