Monday Training

Warm-up
9 minute EMOM
1. 10 target burpees
2. 50 double unders
3. 10 slow air squats

12 minute AMRAP:
3 cleans (185#)
9 burpees

5x1 deadlift

5x1 split jerk

5x1 clean (blocks)

2 rounds for time:
15 hang power cleans (175#)
30 wall-balls

every 5 minutes for 15 minutes
50m walking lunge with barbell
jog back with barbell on back
-remaining time of each 5 minute block do max reps sit-ups
