Open Gym Sundays - Looking for blog contributors!!

Another solid open gym sesh today. Everyone came in a got some extra conditioning and skill work in; which is what open gym on Sundays are all about. Tomorrows post will be a food/nutrition post in addition to the usual photos and workout. Stay tuned. 

Seeking blog contributors
I am also looking for someone (or maybe even a few people) wo would like to contribute to posts on this blog. Whether you are a photographer, a writer, a cook, or whatever that can go along with the stuff I normally post. This can be a permanent thing, a one time thing, or anything in-between. If you have a passion for health/fitness and want to write an article, post pictures on a certain day, or anything of the like then feel free to contact me and let me know. I am pretty open as to what you can post so long as it goes along with the health and fitness theme of this blog. Email me here:

50 dumbbell snatches (70# alternating each arm)
5 rope climbs
40 dumbbell snatches
4 rope climbs
30 dumbbell snatches 
3 rope climbs
20 dumbbell snatches
2 rope climbs
10 dumbbell snatches
1 rope climb

20 Minute EMOM:
1. 15 GHD sit-ups
2. 15 ring dips
