5 clean and jerks(185#) 
5 burpee muscle ups on rings

15 minute EMOM
7 touch and go power snatch (155#)
14 box jumps
9 deficit HSPU

3 rounds:
15 deadlifts
10 burpee pull-ups

5 minute EMOM
5 ring muscle ups + 5 burpees same minute
