5-1-14 The Future

Good Training sesh and even greater vibe at NOX Training in the AM. We had a few competitors train doing a variation of movements and skills with conditioning at the end. What I personally did today is posted on here but we also had people Snatching, Skiing, doing muscle ups, and much more. I have nothing else to write today. WORKLOAD
7x2 Front Squats
5x1 pause front squat

5 Rounds:
500m Row (pace kept around 1:35-1:37/500m)
30 Second static pull-up hold on rings (hold at the top of a pull-up position for entire 30 seconds, chin above hands)
rest 3 minutes between rounds.
