1. 2k Row warm-up
   -rest 5 minutes
1. 4 rounds: 50 air squats + 20 pull-ups (unbroken)
   -rest 5 minutes
3. 5 Minute EMOM: 12 Russian KB Swings 115# kb
   -rest 10 minutes
4. 2 x 1200m run w/3 minutes rest
   -rest 20 minutes
5. 5x5 Back squats 355# every 2 mintues
   -rest 2 minutes
6.  5x5 strict press 155# every 2 minutes
