Day 46: C.A.L. Tomorrow

AM WOD
Hike 3 Miles (steep incline for 1.5 miles/ run 1.5 miles downhill)

PM WOD
20 Minute: Every minute on the minute perform the following rep scheme. 
Minute 1: 6 Clean and Jerk @155#
Minute 2: 8 Clean and Jerk @155#
Minute 3: 10 Clean and Jerk @155#
Minute 4: 8 Clean and Jerk @155#
Minute 5: 6 Clean and Jerk @155#
Minute 6-10: 100 meter sprint every minute (50 out/ 50 back)
Minute 11: 6 Push Press @155#
Minute 12: 8 Push Press @155#
Minute 13: 10 Push Press @155#
Minute 14: 8 Push Press @155#
Minute 15: 6 Push press @155#
Minutes 16-20: 100 meter sprint every minute (50m out/ 50 back)
* rest = remaining time of each minute.
**Goal is to complete all reps within the same minute as they are prescribed.

Hello NoX Fans and Crew! Tomorrow(sat) we are heading out to Temecula South CrossFit to support Coach Mike and Letty as they compete as a team to represent NoX Training.
