Meal Prep Mondays |Training Photos|

Nothing really to write in regards to nutrition but I wanted to post something with food since I like to keep the same theme on Mondays. 4 Avocados, 1 pack of bacon, 5 asparagus spears, 1 zucchini, cilantro, 1 yam, cayenne pepper, black pepper,  and garlic salt.   

The bacon was cut in small pieces and then cooked the asparagus in the bacon grease. Mashed up the Avocados and then mixed it with cilantro and the spices. The yam and the zucchini was baked separately in the oven. 
AVOCADO: The monounsaturated fats found in avocados are burned readily for fuel during exercise and actually encourage fat burning. Avocados also contain a very interesting carb called mannoheptulose, a sugar that. actually blunts insulin release and enhances calcium absorption, both of which are critical for encouraging fat loss. 

5x[1 power snatch + 1 snatch]

1x5 back squats
3x5 backsquats (heavier)
1x3 back squats
1x5 backsquats (same weight as 3x5)

5x3 Jerks

5x5 clean pulls

30 muscle ups with 25# weight vest

Thrusters/barbell burpees
