Open Gym Thursdays

BodyBuilding CrossFit WorkoutOpen Gym at NOX Training are open to all surrounding CrossFit gym Members in the Riverside CA Area. Come in and do the prescribed weightlifting on the board or join other people in some workouts that are being done throughout the session. I have nothing to blog about other than the workout we did along with some media below. Im not sure if you've noticed but I added a new social media sharing button to the blog. You can find this button on the top left of this blog. Basically the buttons are to easily share this blog via popular social media mediums.  As you all know I make this blog on my own time. Seeing you guys share the photos I post really means a lot and keeps me motivated to keep updating this blog...I do it for you guys; the readers and the sharers. CrossFit Training Riverside CA, NOX Training Workout Partner Workout
500m Run - Both partners run at same time
10 Legless rope climbs - alternating reps
1 partner does 500m row while other on Airdyne
30 burpee muscle ups - alternating reps
1 partner does 500m row while other on Airdyne
8x 100yd sled shuttle (50yd out, 40yd back) - Partner does AMRAP medball tosses, then switch.

rest 10 minutes

5 Minute AMRAP:
5-4-3-2-1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 Reps of
Burpees/Hang Power cleans (155#)

*Continue this Rep Scheme trend for 5 minutes
**1 partner does 5 burpees, next partner does 5 burpees, 1st partner does hang cleans, then 2nd partner does hang cleans...etc.

5x 1 pause clean + 1 clean

1 Minute AMRAP Backsquats w/ 315#
