Tuesday Training
Every 2 Minutes for 10 Minutes (5 rounds):
250m row (46 sec or faster pace)
14 toes to bar

5 minutes
-every 30 seconds 2 touch and go power snatch

5 minute EMOM
5 push jerks

5 x 3 minute AMRAP w/ 1 minute rest between rounds
3 power cleans
6 push-ups
9 air squats
