2nd Annual NOX Mt Baldy Hike + Training Log

Ok, so now that the competition season is over (NPGL Grid and the Dynamic Duo) I have found a good time to go on our 2nd annual Mt. Baldy Hike. Yes, this is an extremely tough hike...but isn't that the reason you workout so hard for?...to be able to enjoy your fitness? I don't know about you but two of the biggest reasons why I train so hard are: 1. to be able to enjoy hiking tough trails, snowboard, mountain bike, or do whatever I want without having to worry about being able to survive it. 2. to compete. So October 26th (Sunday) we will be going enjoying our fitness we've worked so hard to achieve and summit the tallest peak in Southern California. Comment on this post or let me know if you are in. Here are some pictures from last years hike. Hopefully we can get a bigger group in the picture this upcoming time. Below all of the pictures is my training LOG from Friday until today (which includes a workout that I named the NOX 5k). THIS INVITE IS TO EVERYONE, EVEN IF YOU'RE NOT A PART OF NOX.
